This policy applies to Pinch Notes, a personal note-taking app hosted at pinchnotes.kabouras.com.

What Pinch Notes stores

Your notes are stored locally in your browser (local storage). They remain on your device unless you choose to sync them.

Google Drive sync (optional)

If you connect Google Drive, Pinch Notes creates a folder named “Pinch Notes” in your Google account and stores your note files there. Sync is entirely optional. We do not operate a server that stores your notes — data goes directly between your browser and Google Drive using Google's APIs.

When you connect, Google shares your email address with the app so it can show which account is linked. Pinch Notes uses Google's limited Drive scope (drive.file) so it can only access files the app created.

What we do not do

Pinch Notes does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking. Kabouras does not collect, sell, or share your note content.

This is a casual hobby app — please do not store passwords, financial details, medical information, or other sensitive data you cannot afford to lose. See the terms of service for intended use and liability limits.
